Who We Are

Kenneth Scott Builders is a Commercial and Residential builder based out of Bluffton, South Carolina. We serve the Lowcountry and Coastal Georgia areas and are licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia. Our specializations are in residential and commercial building and upfits.

We want our clients to be a part of the construction process, allowing them to fully understand how their project is put together.

From pre-construction to site management, our goal is to provide personalized service from start to finish and create a relationship with our clients that continue past the completion of their project and bring true meaning to partnership construction.

With over 25 years of experience, and long-standing relationships with local architects and building contractors, KSB is dedicated to bringing your vision to life.

Ken Tosky President

Ken Tosky was born in Cincinnati, OH but grew up in Albany, GA area. Prior to starting his construction career, Ken attended Valdosta State University and served in the United States Army. After being honorably discharged, Ken relocated to Baltimore, MD where he began work in the construction industry. Kens 35-year career in land, civil, and residential construction spans decades and states making his knowledge in the industry vast and expansive. Starting out as a foreman, Ken works his way through the ranks to become the owner and founder of Kenneth Scott Builders. Ken has 6 adult children and resides in Bluffton with his wife Jen Tosky. In his free time you can find him at the gym training for his competitive Ironman races or spending time with his family.

Kelley Bergmann

Kelley was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. She has been with KSB for a little over one year. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of South Carolina. She is married to Coulter who is also from the Low Country. Together they live in Bluffton with their two cats. In her free time she enjoys watching sports and cheering on her South Carolina Gamecocks and one of the the local high school football teams, May River Sharks.

Danielle Seagle Director of Design & Marketing

Danielle was born in Baltimore Maryland and moved to the Low Country in early 2000's with her family. She attended Hilton Head Highschool and went on to college with a lacrosse scolarship, where she double majored in Management & Marketing. She is married to her husband Daniel and they have two beautiful sons Camden (4) and Callen (8 months) and they reside in Old Town Bluffton. Danielle has over 10 years exerience in Event management and interior design. She has recently joined the KSB team and excited to bring her knowledge and design skills to the KSB clients. In her free time Dani is spending time with her family or sneaking in a quick run.

Kim Rogers Director of Operations

Kimberly is a native to the Low Country with almost 10 years of residential construction experience. She is excited to have been given the oppurtunity to join the KSB team in early 2022 and branch out into the commercial construction division. When not working you can find Kim with her family. She loves to spend time with her husband Bob, their 6 year old son Wyatt and their 2 pups! Family is everything to this working mom!

Gabby Tosky Project Manager

Gabbie is from Baltimore Maryland, but moved to the Low Country with her family in 2000 while in elementary school. She is one of Ken's daughters and has been working with KSB since TBD. She has a true love and passion for the commercial construction division as well as the site work. She brings a lot of hands on experience and knowledge as the project manager. If she isnt working, she is out on the water with her fiance and dog enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that the Low Country offers.

Chris Tosky Project Manager

Chris Tosky was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Albany, GA. He has over 18 years of construction experience. He is married to his wife Dawn and they live in Bluffton with their 3 dogs. In his spare time Chris loves to spend his time outdoors fishing for bass. He will soon retire and build his dream home in Milledgeville, GA with his wife.

Noah Marshall Assistant Project Manager

Noah was born in St. Paul Minnosota, He relocated to the Low Country in 2013. He started at KSB in 2020 , and he resides in Ridgeland. In his free time he loves to spend time outdoors fishing, camping, and boating. He is excited to continue to learn at KSB and grow into a Project Manager role.

Phillip Bruggerman Assistant Project Manager

Phillip was born in the Savannah, GA area but has resided in the Okatie/Bluffton area for the past 18 years. He has over 10 years experience in the construction industry and has been with KSB for over 4 years. Phillip has two wonderful kids, Ella (16) and Cooper (12). Phillip has two cats Echo & Whiskers that he loves caring for. When Phillip is not working, you will definitely find him partking in any outdoor activities. He loves to ski, kayak, and fish. If you were ever in need of how to survive a camping, you can call Phillip!
