Our commercial team will work with your development team to set any design selection meetings as well as coordinate the schedules of contractor work needed for the project.

We provide onsite project management and supervision of contractors at the worksite to ensure our standards of quality are met.

All commercial clients will be provided punch-out warranties and close-out documents.

Commercial Project Change Order FAQ
What is a Change Order
Any request that deviates from the design or the plan after your contract has been signed.
Who do I contact for a change?
Please inform your site/project manager. You will also need to request a change via your Builder Trend account.
Is it important to make a change?
If Change Orders are not tracked (big or small) it could risk not being completed or delaying your project.
Will a change delay my project?
Most changes will delay a project, the further your build is the bigger the delay it may cause. Please discuss in detail with your KSB team.
Is there a fee for a change?
Yes. There will be a change order fee and the charge for the actual change the client will incur.
What is the fee for a change?
There will be a $250.00 fee applied to each change order approved. That fee will be in addition to the cost of the change. The change order fee will be due upon approval of change request and must be paid prior to the continuing of construction.
